The Customer is typically already developing a project or about to develop a new project. They have a team in place with the experience in-house for managing the software development lifecycle. They typically have a Product Owner, maybe a Project Manager and the business stakeholders who can provide the specifications. They usually have a team dedicated to testing deliveries and make User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bigger milestones.

How it works

  • We conduct a deep dive into the Customer’s project and its architecture as well as its objectives in terms of deadlines, technology achievements and so on.
  • We identify the consulting profile(s) that is required for the project.
  • Gowit will find and recruit the precise profiles to ensure the adequation between the need and the offering.
  • Our team will develop tasks using the ticketing system in place and the Customer will be able to follow the tasks done and the time spent on them, offering complete transparency of the work done.
