Service Description
The Customer is typically at the start of a project or a project Milestone and wishes to outsource all development. They usually but not necessarily need technical advice. They may come with a predefined architecture or start from scratch, needing consulting to decide what solution they need.
How it works
- The Customer presents the project with the overall objectives and the various business milestones. Our aim is to understand the business objectives and crucial steps to achieve these.
- We study the Customer’s concept architecture of the project if they have one. Otherwise, we build the architecture together.
- We study the existing specifications and their format. If the specifications are not written yet, Gowit will provide the necessary consulting help to allow the customer to produce the specifications.
- Our development team will study the specifications and request complementary information if necessary.
- We will provide estimates and delivery timeline to complete the project. The project will be delivered in Milestones, in an Agile fashion.
- The project will use a ticketing system to allow the Customer to report bugs found during User Acceptance testing phases.
