This depends on the format of our service. If you decide for our Team Extension Service, then it is up to you to decide how you interact with your team. Most customers decide for a daily standup. It seems to work pretty well. 

If you decide for the Project Outsourcing Service, then you will interact with your key point of contact in Europe and with the Project Manager in the team. We would, of course adapt, based on your project.
