InsurTech. Our client provides software technology for the Insurance industry.

Objective

Build a remote team in Vietnam that is treated and integrated as if they were part of the core team in Sweden.

Challenge

The team must grow at a pace that allows smooth integration. It must be validated by the core team in Stockholm.

Strategy

Gradual recruitment of staff dedicated to this customer. Each recruitment is vetted by the customer's team. The pace was kept slow at the start to create the core team able to train the new members on the project.

Technologies

* Python
* MySQL
* Cloud
* AI

Benefits

The team built for the customer has been 100% tailor made. Every individual possess the exact skills needed for the project. The team behaves as if they were locally based in Stockholm.

Domain

Quality Control
Our client provides quality control services to its industrial clients..

Objective

Build a remote team in Vietnam that will become initially the core development team until a local one can be recruited and ultimately work together.

Challenge

The Team was needed up and running within 4 weeks.

Strategy

We converted experienced Java developer into Ruby for 1 month, and got the Customer to validate the quality of the first deliveries before moving forward.

Technologies

* Type: Server-Side Web Application
* Programming languages: Ruby on Rails (Ruby), Javascript, html, css.
* Database: PostgreSQL

Benefits

The Customer could benefit from a very reactive team building to answer it priority while cutting its initial cost by 40%.

Domain

Gym- Social Media

The project was to develop a mobile application to perform Gym activity in a social manner.

Objective

Develop in-house a mobile application according to clients detailed specifications.

Challenge

The project presented several technical challenges due to its use of realtime interactions. The users would have to be active at exactly the same time to perform exactly the same exercises. testing was also a challenge.

Strategy

We used a short iteration Agile Development strategy to ensure that the complexity of the specifications were in accordance with the customer's expectations. We limited the team size to 2 developers in order to leverage on the acquired domain knowledge as we move forward in the project.

Technologies

iOS native Swift + Java server

Benefits

Cost effective development to the exact specifications without (almost) any communication challenges. (The specifications were of very high quality).

Domain

IoT
Our client produces a water valve that can be controlled by phone. We were asked to build the mobile application. That included graphical design and technical development.

Objective

Control a water meter by phone: Setup hardware to connect to the Internet. Control the hardware via mobile device.

Challenge

The IoT product was new and presented some challenges to drive as the first application to do so. Apple also presented challenges as it does not allow full control of Wi-Fi and we had to find workarounds.

Strategy

We developed the project by phases with a high risk first approach, in order for the customer to have a better understanding what comes ahead.

Technologies

* iOS
* Android
* Java backend

Benefits

Cost effective development of innovative technology.

Domain

e-commerce - Mobile shop

The project was to develop a mobile application to create a mobile shop using the existing stock database.

Objective

Develop in-house a mobile application to allow shopping online in complement of the brick and mortar activity. There was no specification at the start of the project.

Challenge

The project presented several technical challenges due to its use of realtime database inventory. Also, we had to guide the customer in writing their own specifications.

Strategy

We split the project in several key milestones. We used a "highest risk first" approach to develop the most challenging features at the beginning, in order to reduce risk as we go.

Technologies

iOS native Swift + Java server

Benefits

Low Cost development to the exact specifications. Possibility to adjust the specification as the project moves forward.

Domain

Social network and SaaS. The purpose of this project is to build a system where data experts can enter their CV and be found by recruiters.

Objective

Use a graph database (Neo4J) to model the skills of the candidates and facilitate the searches by the recruiters.

Challenge

The user interface must present faithfully the skills of the candidates. Entering these skills in an orderly way while maintaining the huge flexibility offered by the graph database.

Strategy

We have first developed a PoC demonstrating that the technology was adequate. We then have used a reduced size team to develop the MVP in order to reduce to the minimum the communication disturbance between the customer and the team.

Technologies

  • Backend: Java
  • Frontend: ReactJs (Javascript), html, css
  • Database: Couchbase, Neo4J
  • Benefits

    The reactivity of the team to the regular change in specification was very high while maintaining costs under control.

    Domain

    Finance

    Objective

    Analyse the quality of customers support.

    Challenge

    ● Subjectivity in human evaluations: they're using 3rd party CS center and have no idea what truly service quality behind
    ● Lack of data-driven insights: Manual evaluations may not provide detailed insights into performance and improvement
    ● Time-consuming manual analysis: Human supervisors may not be able to provide real- time feedback to agents during calls.

    Strategy

    ● AI-powered call analysis: We use AI to analyze the tone and attitude of both agents and customers, then evaluates agent performance
    ● Virtual agent implementation: Our AI solutions enable businesses to transition to virtual agents.
    ● Optimized resource allocation: Businesses can focus on core activities while AI handles customer service.

    Technologies

    ● LLM
    ● NLP
    ● Cloud infrastructure

    Benefits

    ● Post-call Analysis
    ● Sentiment Analysis
    ● Agent Performance Evaluation
    ● Feedback Generation
    ● Keyword Extraction
    ● Actionable Insights
    ● Scoring System
