Born from a simple idea...

Deliver Great Software Engineering

for working with amazing talents

More than 20 years ago, Liemur was born in London from the idea that we could deliver high quality software engineering to customers, in order to bring excellent value for money and therefore keep them for the long run. This is exactly what we did and we served, for instance, HSBC, for more than 12 years without interruption. With up to 20 engineers working on their projects, we built a trusted relationship for the long term. 

In order to do that, we used our own technical skills to recruit the right talents. Using a “techie to techie” recruitment strategy, we managed to attract the perfect talents for the right position.

In time, we noticed the possibility for our customers to use remote talents to fulfil their technical tasks. The world was shrinking, and shrinking fast. We therefore decided to add a new capability to our offering by setting up an operation in easter Europe, in Budapest, Hungary.  From there we offered our trademark high quality engineering at a new price point, for customers willing to not have resources on premises.
Since the Brexit, our decision to have an operation in Hungary allowed us to have an activity in the European Union, while keeping the possibility to offer native UK invoicing for customers outside of the EU.

As the world kept shrinking, we decided to keep expanding our offering by using our resources in Asia. Hanoi, Vietnam was a great natural choice for a business born from the mind of a Frenchman.

Today, we have developed the capability to offer services in 3 distinct parts of the world, with 3 distinct price points and 3 different working cultures.
