Security
- Physical Security: Our offshore facilities are secured with restricted access, using entry/exit points controlled by authorized personnel. We maintain strict access lists, employ CCTV surveillance, and ensure all visitors are escorted.
- Environmental Security: We protect equipment from physical threats, securing devices with locks and keeping them in locked drawers when not in use.
- Security Monitoring: Continuous monitoring detects and alerts on suspicious activities, with rules tailored to our services and reviewed regularly.
- Training and Awareness: All our offshore service personnel receive comprehensive security training, understanding their responsibilities and the specific security policies related to their work.
- System Security: Each developer has a dedicated, secure machine for work, configured with automatic lock features and biometric authentication like fingerprint or facial recognition. In case of loss or theft, data can be remotely wiped to protect confidentiality.
- Network Security: All network communications are encrypted, and access to administration functions is limited to authorized networks only. Our development network is isolated from other internal networks for added security.
- Application Security: We employ DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure code repositories and CI/CD pipelines with mandatory security scans using SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Access Control: Access is based on the principle of least privilege, with unique accounts for each user, regular reviews of access rights, and approval processes for changes in personnel.
- Logging and Audit Trails: Detailed logs of security events from development platforms and machines are kept for at least one year, safeguarded against unauthorized changes.

In order to satisfy this legitimate request, we have built an end to end process from the "job description" to the start day of your new engineers. During this process, we will collaborate closely, using your own internal capabilities and our long experience in recruiting software engineers to ear-mark, pre-select, select, test and validate the candidates. The process ensures a good integration in your already existing team, both in terms of skills and company culture.
