How it works
- We dive into the Customer’s company, the culture of the team and other global information necessary to introduce them to future candidates
- We acquires a deeper understanding of the project(s) and of the daily tasks involved in the position and their context. In this way we will gain an understanding of where the biggest business value resides in the profile such as technical expertise, domain experience, leadership, etc.
- The Customer shares the profile description if they have one, we otherwise build one together
- The financial package and other perks are discussed in detail so that Liemur may present the complete picture to candidates
- We define the selection process, its pace, and the key stakeholders for Liemur to interact with
- We will submit the first candidates, typically the first ones within 3 weeks after starting the project
